The services of the “Shree Jyoti Tours And Travels” are accessible at www.sjtours.in. For using the services our terms and conditions will govern your access to and use of the site.   • There will be a charge of 250 kilometers a day.
  • In addition to the office advance on departure of the vehicle, the driver will have to pay money from time to time for diesel or other expenses.
  • Toll tax, parking fee, culvert tax and extra fee will have to be paid by the party.
  • The responsibility and protection of the goods will be with the party. Flammable substances and illegal items will not be carried in the vehicle. The damage done by the party in the vehicle must be paid by the party.
  • If the agreement is canceled, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
  • If you want to roam on local places, then you will be taken in addition to the fixed amount.
  • In case the road gets bad or rough, it will be at driver to choose the route.
  • If the vehicle breaks down on the roadway, then it will not be responsibility of company. There will be no compensation for that. The company will not be responsible for compensation for loss of life and property in the event of accident.
  • The fare will be fully charged if the vehicle is decided to leave the party in the middle of a break.
  • There will be a restriction of the time given in the agreement of arrival or departure of the vehicle, after which the company will have full right to call for the empty vehicle.
  • If the vehicle given according to the agreement cannot be given due to any reason or in case of malfunction, then the company will give the other vehicle whatever is available at present condition.
  • AC will not be kept on, during the climb in the hilly areas, but the fare will be AC ​​only.
  • In case of failure of the AC of the vehicle, the fare will be taken as non-AC only.
